We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged if you do not cancel in advance.
You must register prior to all classes and open gym sessions. This is to ensure our class sizes are smaller for teacher attention and safety.
Late arrival cut off is 15 minutes after the class starts. This is for safety reasons as a proper warm up is integral for circus. Arriving to class beyond the cut off time will result in not being able to participate in class as well being charged for the class.
For your safety, please wear athletic attire that covers the backs of your knees and lower back. Footwear is not required, bare feet are optimal.
Classes/Open Gyms are subject to being cancelled if there are zero participants registered at the 2 hour prior to class mark so we encourage clients to sign up before that mark.
WAITLIST POLICIES
Clients are responsible for checking their waitlist status.
All waitlist reservations must have a prepaid class credit. If you do not make it into class, the credit will be available for future use.
