POLICES FOR MEMBERSHIPS
Our memberships are available to all clients. When you sign up for a membership this means that you have agreed to all terms and conditions of this agreement. Please ensure that you read these terms carefully and reach out if you have any questions.
Your membership is charged to your credit card every 30 days (monthly) and will do so until you request in writing (via email) for the membership to be terminated. This cancellation needs to be sent 30 days (1 month) before your next charge is incurred.
There is no contractual obligation.
Memberships cannot be paused, exchanged, transferred, refunded, shared, or combined with any other discount or offer.
Each monthly allotment of classes expire after 30 days. There are no rollovers.
Your membership is subject to limitations such as class space and availability
Each membership includes 1 pause per year for a maximum pause of 30 days. Pauses can only be issued after 5 months have been completed.
In order to redeem your Monthly Guest Pass (silver and gold members only), or your 10% Workshop Discount (for gold members only) please email us
There will be a charge to any Silver and Gold Members that “no show” or “late cancel” any of their unlimited open gym spots for the amount of that particular open gym. Please be respectful of others and make sure to always cancel early (24 hrs in advance) if you cannot make it to avoid the fee.
