New to Aerial Circus?
This pass is for anyone that may or may not be new to our studio but is new to aerial classes! If you are an absolute beginner that would like to learn to fly check out our New to Aerial Circus Arts 4 Class Pass! Try out a new apparatus each class! This 4 class pass is to be used within 1 month. Each customer has access to this pass one time only. This intro is exclusively for brand new clients at our East End studio. How do I book a class?
There are two easy ways to book:
- Go the CLASSES page and chose your preferred class. You can scroll through the choices or filter with our tag buttons at the top of the page
- View the schedule offered below your preferred class
- Click BOOK NOW and you will be prompted to either create a profile and make your purchase or use an existing pass or membership
OR
- Go to the SCHEDULE page and chose either CLASSES/COURSES/SERIES in the top left
- Find the date and time of your chosen CLASS/COURSE/SERIES
- Click BOOK NOW and you will be prompted to either create a profile and make your purchase or use an existing pass or membership.
NOTE: Please register at least 2 hours before a class begins
Do you need to already be strong to take class?
Absolutely not! Circus is for everyone – all ages, all levels.
What should I bring/prepare for class?
- For your and your coach’s safety, please wear athletic attire that covers the backs of your knees and waist and remove all jewellery, tie long hair back and please no long nails.
- Bring a water bottle
- Please arrive 15 minutes before class. If you do not show up for your reserved spot, or fail to cancel 24 hours or more in advance you will lose your class. Late arrival cut off is 15 minutes after the class starts.
What’s up with the waitlist?
If a class if full, you will have the option to join the waitlist. Clients are responsible for checking their waitlist status.
How many locations are there?
We have two locations – always double-check which location you’ve registered for.
East End – 17 Carlaw Ave., Unit 2
West End (inside City Dance Corps) – 950 Dupont Ave.
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel a drop in class? Just make sure to do it before the 24 hour mark and your account will be credited that class for future use.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Passes may not be extended, refunded, paused, returned, exchanged, shared or transferred and there are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for understanding.
If your class/course is cancelled you will get the pass added back to your account to use at a later date. We do not offer refunds except in extraordinary circumstances.
