a WEEK in PARADISE at this Fly Time Retreats Mexico with new friends, the beach, delicious, fresh, local food, and loads of Aerial Silks.
AERIAL SILKS CLASSES Learn how to dance on air while toning your muscles, increasing flexibility and strengthening the entire body. There are endless possibilities with the horizontal, vertical, twisting, spinning and flying movements that aerial silks allows.
Instruction will be catered to your individual level but a minimum of 2 years of experience is required for this retreat. Having fun while learning, improving or perfecting your talent is key!
Outside of classes, the rest of our time can be spent eating amazing, healthy food, swimming in the warm ocean, reading in hammocks, and breathing the tropical air.
We hope you also have the desire to move, play, breathe, feel, stretch, and express. This is where you are invited to shine and be yourself!
Prerequisites:
This retreat is for aerial silks students with at least 2 years aerial silks experience. Please Contact us if you have questions regarding your level.
SAMPLE OF DAILY SCHEDULE

- 8-9:30am Coffee, Tea and Breakfast
- 10am-1pm Aerial Silks Class
- 1pm Lunch
- 2-5pm Pool-time, siesta, relaxing
- 5-6:30pm Sequencing, Choreography, Flexibility, Handstands
- 7pm Dinner
- 8-10pm Evening Activities
We will take you to our favorite beach for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and releasing baby turtles into the sea.

Rates are listed in USD. A $500 deposit is required to save your spot.
Payment is due in full by July 1, 2022.

Prices for Fly Time Retreats Mexico include:
- Ground transportation to/from the Puerto Escondido Airport (PXM) to our accommodations*

About your Coach
Jamie Holmes’ career has taken her around the world performing on vegas stages, cruise ships, touring Europe and Dubai, as well as the USA and Canada.
Her training began as a competitive gymnast on the west coast of Canada. Dance was integrated into her gymnastics training, and soon after her focus turned solely towards the art form of dance where she has extensive training in multiple disciplines including; jazz, ballet (RAD and Cecchetti), tap, contemporary, hip hop and acro-dance.
Upon graduating from The Randolph Academy of the Performing Arts for Musical Theatre, Jamie continued her training and became a certified actor combatant with Fight Directors of Canada. After graduating RAPA she embarked on her professional performing career.
While living and performing in Las Vegas the circus bug bit her and she further expanded her performance training with Aerial Acrobatics, which combines her love of both art forms perfectly. You can now find her performing high in the air above the audience, as well as dancing on the ground.
She has been privileged to act, dance, and fly in many television shows, award shows and concerts, music videos, commercials, films and stage shows.
Jamie is the owner of Studio Flux Inc. which is where she runs The Circus Fix classes/workshops/intensives in Toronto. She also runs Fly Time Retreats, a circus style retreat, in multiple destinations around the world.

Cancellation Policy:
No Refunds. No exceptions.
Cancel more than 60 days before 1st day of retreat: 60% of your payment (not including deposit) can transfer toward a future Sweet Retreat.
Cancel 30-60 days before the 1st day of retreat: 40% of your payment (not including deposit) can transfer toward a future Sweet Retreat.
Cancel up to 30 days before the 1st day of the retreat: 20% of your payment (not including deposit) can transfer toward a future Sweet Retreat.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Sweet Retreats will not cancel this retreat unless the Mexican border closes, ALL flights are cancelled, and all airports close..
