Aerial Hoop

An aerial hoop (also known as a lyra) is a circular steel apparatus suspended in the air, used in circus arts to perform acrobatic movements, spins, poses, and transitions. It can be hung from one or two points, creating different styles of movement. Aerial hoop combines strength, flexibility, and grace, allowing performers to showcase dynamic skills and elegant shapes while spinning or swinging high above the ground. It’s a staple in contemporary circus for its striking visual impact and wide creative range.
