Have you ever dreamed of cartwheeling through a field, being able to do a freestanding handstand on your own or kick over through a back-walkover? This class will focus on fundamental tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels and walkovers. Using classical gymnastics style progressions you will increase core strength, mobility and flexibility all through dynamic and fun activities. Beginners are welcome! No experience necessary.

Beginner classes are available at our East End location.
What can I expect?
All classes include a guided warm-up, strength training, and conditioning. This class is a great introduction to tumbling and floor basics.
