Flexibility


Flexibility training in circus focuses on increasing the range of motion in the muscles and joints to support fluid, expressive movement and reduce the risk of injury. It includes stretching techniques designed to improve splits, backbends, shoulder mobility, and overall body alignment.

Levels Available

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes are all available.

Class Types

  • Stretch and Splits
  • Deep Stretch
  • Contortion

What can I expect?

All classes include a guided warm-up, strength training, and conditioning. Essential for both aerial and ground-based disciplines, flexibility classes will work on creating more length in muscles in passive and active flexibility by use of difference exercises and techniques and props.
