Handstands are a fundamental circus discipline that build strength, balance, and body awareness. Levels Available
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes are all available.
What can I expect?
All classes include a guided warm-up, strength training, and conditioning. This class will build from basic handstand techniques to get you properly upside down and find your own balance.
