Kids/Youth/Teen Classes

For students between the ages of 6-11 and 12+, we offer classes for those looking to learn aerial hoop and other apparatus. Students will work on building strength and flexibility along with learning aerial hoop skills and technique, sequencing, and eventually act creation.

All levels are welcome to join our Drop In classes.

What can I expect?

All classes include a guided warm-up, strength training, and conditioning. Beginners will focus on building foundational skills for the apparatus, while intermediate and advanced students will explore more complex techniques, skills, and how to connect them into fluid sequences.
