Always wanted to run off with the circus, but not sure where to start? Try a little bit of everything with this intro to aerial circus arts class. Students will have the opportunity to try all things aerial including aerial silks, aerial hoop, aerial hammock, and yes, even trapeze. Get a sense of each apparatus and understand the basic movements and learn foundational skills needed for safety and success. With no previous experience needed, this class is for adults of all ages, abilities, and movement backgrounds. We can’t wait to hang with you!

What can I expect?
A typical class includes a warm up, some strength training and conditioning and then learning some foundational skills on an apparatus.
What should I wear?
